Have some sweet Italian frying peppers that didn’t sell at the farmers market. We’ll just have to fry them up with some of our Kinston Sweet onions and Kinston red onions (and a dash of our fresh garlic salt). Oh darn 😀 June 23, 2018 Just installed our first silage tarp in garden 3. It’s a sustainable, non-chemical way to kill existing weeds and pests. In a couple of weeks we’ll roll it back, lightly till the ground to raise up buried weed seeds, then recover. In a month or so we’ll have a nice stale seedbed ready for a cover crop for winter.
