But after being up late the night before preparing things, then getting up at 4 to load and drive, and being out in the South Alabama heat for 5 hours, we usually feel like one of our wilted table displays when we finally get back home. June 11, 2018 It’s planting time. Put these lovely chard transplants out a couple days ago. They don’t mind the frost. This weekend starts the tomatoes, peppers and eggplant.
