While mid March is the average last frost date for our area, it’s still surprising to get really cold weather mid March.

We were supposed to put out our tomato and pepper transplants this week. Thankfully, we were watching the weather and realized but maybe we don’t want to put out brand new transplants in 34° weather 😁

All the transplants are still in our greenhouse, so all we had to do was cover them up and give them a nice warm blanket on our heat table and they were fine overnight. They’ll be going out pretty soon, after this cold snap is over
