I see roasted chicken with a persimmon reduction sauce, with sauteed asparagus, onions and garlic (disclaimer – onions and garlic are stored in the barn ) Now I’ve made myself hungry. October 1, 2018 It’s the first of the monthly on-site farmers markets from @marketatdothan today here at @dothan.nurseries. It’s still very early in the growing season, but we’ve brought fresh green garlic, cabbages, pasture raised eggs, our collection of gourmet cooking salts, and our yummy jams. Stop by and say hi, and ask is about our pasture raised chickens. There’s no comparison to store bought chicken!
