May 22, 2018 At last week’s farmer’s market, I had a lot of people asking how to cut up a patty pan squash. Here’s how I do it. 😀 The thickness of the slices depends on how you want to cook it. Half inch slices, oiled and seasoned with salt/pepper, then baked in the oven are great. (A little parmesan sprinkled on top is even better.) …OR… Small cubes pan fried in butter or bacon grease are awesome! Don’t be scared to try these beauties the next time you see them.
